This notice explains what happens to the information you choose to send through the Bortevoy harvest inquiry form.

What we receive

When the form is available, it asks for one contact: your email or WhatsApp number. Your name and message are optional. The hosting service may also process technical request data. If you contact us on WhatsApp, you choose which information to send there.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request and, if requested, send information about the new harvest. The basis is your consent. We do not sell your data or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Who processes it

Vercel hosts the website and its form function. Resend delivers form inquiries when sending is configured. WhatsApp opens separately and processes messages under its own privacy policy. These providers may process data outside your country.

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer and manage the requested follow-up, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Your choices

You may withdraw consent or ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry data by writing to WhatsApp. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority in your country.
